Terms of Service شروط الاستخدام

By installing or using Istiqama ("we", "our", or "the app"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. بتثبيت الاستقامة أو استخدامها ("نحن"، "تطبيقنا")، فأنت توافق على شروط الاستخدام التالية. وتعمل هذه الشروط جنباً إلى جنب مع سياسة الخصوصيّة.

1. License١. الترخيص

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your own non-commercial worship and self-improvement. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصيّاً، غير حصريّ، غير قابلٍ للنقل، قابلاً للإلغاء، لتثبيت التطبيق واستخدامه لأغراض عبادتك وتطوير نفسك دون استخدامٍ تجاريّ.

2. Acceptable Use٢. الاستخدام المقبول

You agree not to (i) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law; (ii) use the app to harass, defame, or harm others; or (iii) misrepresent the app or its content as your own. توافق على ألّا (١) تقوم بالهندسة العكسيّة أو فكّ الشفرة أو محاولة استخراج الشِّفرة المصدريّة إلّا حيث يُجيز القانون؛ (٢) أو تستخدم التطبيق للإساءة إلى الآخرين أو التشهير بهم أو إيذائهم؛ (٣) أو تنسب التطبيق أو محتواه إلى نفسك زوراً.

3. Islamic Content٣. المحتوى الشرعيّ

The app provides reference text from the Qur'an, hadith collections, and supplications. We make best efforts to source these accurately, but you should not rely on Istiqama as a substitute for qualified scholarship for matters of religious ruling (fatwa) or jurisprudence. يوفّر التطبيق نصوصاً مرجعيّةً من القرآن وموسوعات الحديث والأدعية. نبذل قُصارى جهدنا لتوثيق مصادرها، لكنّ الاستقامة ليست بديلاً عن أهل العلم في مسائل الفتوى أو الفقه.

4. Prayer Times & Qibla٤. المواقيت والقبلة

Prayer times and Qibla bearings are calculated using established astronomical methods and your reported coordinates. They are approximations; in matters of worship you should defer to local masjid timings and known Qibla direction where they exist. تُحسب المواقيت واتّجاه القبلة بطرقٍ فلكيّةٍ معتمدةٍ وفقاً للإحداثيّات التي تُبلَّغها. وهي تقريباتٌ؛ ولا بدّ في العبادات من الرجوع إلى توقيت المساجد المحلّيّة واتّجاه القبلة المعروف حيث وُجِدا.

5. Third-Party Services٥. الخدمات الخارجيّة

The app contacts the third-party endpoints listed in our Privacy Policy only when the corresponding toggle in Settings → Privacy is enabled. Those services have their own terms; enabling a feature that contacts them constitutes acceptance of those terms. لا يتواصل التطبيق مع الخدمات الواردة في سياسة الخصوصيّة إلّا حين تُفعِّل المفتاح المقابل من الإعدادات < الخصوصيّة. ولكلٍّ من تلك الخدمات شروطُها الخاصّة؛ وتفعيل ميزةٍ تتواصل معها يُعدّ قبولاً لشروطها.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties٦. إخلاء المسؤوليّة عن الضمانات

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the app is at your own risk. يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أيّ ضمانٍ، صريحٍ أو ضمنيّ، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الملاءمة التجاريّة والصلاحيّة لغرضٍ محدّدٍ وعدم الانتهاك. واستخدامك للتطبيق على مسؤوليّتك.

7. Limitation of Liability٧. تحديد المسؤوليّة

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. إلى الحدّ الأقصى الذي يُتيحه القانون، لن يكون المطوّرون مسؤولين بأيّ حالٍ عن أيّ أضرارٍ غير مباشرةٍ أو عَرَضيّةٍ أو خاصّةٍ أو تبعيّةٍ أو عقابيّةٍ ناتجةٍ عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو متعلّقةٍ به.

8. Intellectual Property٨. الملكيّة الفكريّة

The app's code, design, brand, and original content are owned by the developers. Qur'an and hadith text are public-domain religious works; recitation audio is sourced from third parties under their own licenses. شِفرة التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته التجاريّة ومحتواه الأصليّ ملكٌ للمطوّرين. ونصوص القرآن والحديث أعمالٌ شرعيّةٌ في الملك العامّ؛ وصوت التلاوة مصدره أطرافٌ ثالثةٌ بتراخيصها الخاصّة.

9. Termination٩. إنهاء الترخيص

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق في أيّ وقتٍ بإلغاء تثبيته. ولنا الحقّ في إنهاء ترخيصك إذا أخللت بهذه الشروط إخلالاً جوهريّاً.

10. Changes to These Terms١٠. تعديل الشروط

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the app after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من حينٍ لآخر. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد تعديلٍ جوهريٍّ يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط الجديدة. ويعكس تاريخ "السريان" في الأعلى آخر مراجعة.

11. Governing Law١١. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers operate. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الولاية القضائيّة التي يعمل فيها المطوّرون. وتختصّ محاكم تلك الولاية حصراً بالنظر في أيّ نزاع.
